The news is out… Zactiv is coming to The Chester House Estate this GET ACTIVE February half term!

Zactiv, run by Zack George aka Steel the Gladiator, are delivering interactive workshops focusing on healthy eating, exercise, hydration and confidence building.

Suitable for 5 – 12 years, engage in a fun, fitness workshop in our Marquee, get the chance to ask questions and take photos and each child takes away a Zactiv waterbottle!

Event Details: 

1hr 45mins of interactive workshop delivered in an assembly style from the Marquee then 1hr 15mins for photo opportunities, and questions answered plus ... each child takes away a zactiv waterbottle.

Please ensure you attend the event a minimum of 30 minutes before the start time. Due to space restriction we are only admitting 1 adult per booking, please ensure to book a ticket for adults too. If your booking exceeds more than 3 children an extra adult is permitted. Adults are strictly to remain within the event area at all times. Children must not be left unattended. A wristband will be provided during check in for you to fill out with your contact information and we ask that you ensure that this is placed on your childs wrist.

Parking: 

Please park at our main visitor car park at Cladius Way (NN8 2DH). Please note that it is appoximatley a 10 minute walk from oir visitor car park to the main site, please leave enough time to arrive to the event on time. If you have a blue badge or have accessible needs please use our accessible entrance at Lime Avenue (NN29 7EZ).

Experience the thrill of football this February half-term! Perfect for young football fans, this exciting event promises plenty of action, skill-building, and friendly competition. 

Dates: Monday 17th – Friday 21st February 2025 

Location: The Landscape  

Key Details: 

- Sessions run every 30 minutes, with sessions at 10am, 10:30am, 11am, 11:30am, 12pm, 12:30pm, 2pm, 2:30pm, 3pm, and 3:30pm. 

- Maximum capacity: 50 participants per session

- Tickets: £10 per participant

What to Expect:  

Children will learn football skills, take on exciting challenges, and show off their penalty shoot-out talents. It's a fun and supportive environment where they can develop their abilities and make new friends.

Important Information:

- Adult Supervision: Adults must always stay within the event area.  

- Child Safety: Children cannot be left unattended.  

- Wristbands: During check-in, you’ll receive a wristband to write your contact details, which must be worn by your child throughout the event.

Street Dance & Contemporary Workshop (ages 5 – 10) 

Join the Carel Dance Academy for an exciting introduction to Street Dance and Contemporary style dance!  

Date: 19th February 2025  

Times: 10:00 AM & 2:00 PM (1-hour sessions)  

Age Group: 5–10 years  

Tickets: £10 per child (Maximum capacity: 30 per session)  

This interactive taster session is perfect for young dancers looking to explore their creativity and develop new skills in a fun and engaging environment. Led by the talented Carel Dance Academy, your child will learn exciting routines and techniques from the world of street and contemporary dance!

- Adults must always remain within the event area. 

- Children must not be left unattended.  

- A wristband will be provided during check-in for you to fill out with your contact details, and it must be placed on your child’s wrist.

Get ready to hit it out of the park! Join us for an action-packed day of cricket fun, brought to you by The Steelbacks Foundation. Perfect your key cricket skills and test your speed in the thrilling Speed Gun Tunnel.

- Monday 17th February 2025: Head out into our historic landscape and work with the experts to learn cricket skills whether you are a beginner or an avid cricket player, this session is perfect for everyone

- Friday 21st February 2025: An indoor session of cricket key skills in our grand marquee, the perfect opportunity to practice your cricket skills from the experts.

10:00 AM Session: A spellbinding adult and child dance experience, where you can twirl, leap and dance together in an enchanted atmosphere. Limited to 20 participants.  

What to Expect:

- Dance routines inspired by Wicked hit songs, like Popular and Defying Gravity.  

- A chance to channel your favourite characters in an interactive, themed dance experience.

Introducing, for the very first time at the estate, a Rugby Skills Session with Northampton Saints Foundation!

Experience the thrill of Rugby in the stunning landscape of Chester House Estate with the Northampton Saints Foundation! These fun, interactive sessions will include rugby-themed games such as target practice, throwing and catching skills, and team-building activities. Children will also discover the core values of rugby, all while enjoying the beautiful surroundings of this historic site. 

Important Information:
Session Details: Each session lasts 30 to 45 minutes, with sessions running between 9:30 AM and 2:30 PM. Sessions will be scheduled to align with your timetable.
Parental Supervision: Parents must stay with their children at all times during the sessions.
