Tickets are strictly non refundable, but where possible we can offer a transfer to another event. We reserve the rights to cancel events when visitor or site safety is in risk (e.g. weather).

Health & Safety
Attendees must follow all instructions given by event staff and emergency service personnel. Safety signage must be observed throughout the site.

The safety of our Visitors and Staff is our top priority, that's why we have a range of visible and less visible security measures in place. Please be patient with Staff and Security who are here to help keep you safe.

If you see something that doesn't look right - Trust your gut. Tell a member of Staff immediately, you are not wasting our time.
