This option will be suitable for younger children or SEND alternative options: Offering a shorter and fully accessible route for the egg hunt, and a quieter early slot to the Lamb Barn.

Our hugely anticipated Spring event returns this year - welcome to the Spring Farming Adventure!

Feel the pure joy of cade lamb feeding in the Lamb Barn - where our fluffy friends will be excited to meet you. Each ticket provides one bottle for you to feed them and enjoy a wholesome hands-on farming experience.

And new for this year - keep an eye out in the Lamb Barn for some additional farmyard animals who'd love to say hello!

The adventure continues with a visit to the Craft Barn, where you will meet our cheeky Easter Bunny and have fun making Easter crafts.

And of course, our MINI Easter Egg Hunt will be set nearby - easily accessible and ready for the boldest of adventurers to complete!

We cannot wait to see you there for the perfect Easter holiday family day out!

Each Activity Passport includes:

  • x1 bottle feed for child and up to two supervising adults only for the cade lamb feeding in the Lamb Barn.
  • x1 craft supply bag for child and at least one supervising adult for the Craft Barn (no limit on additional adults for this part)
  • x1 Mini Easter egg hunt map
  • x1 Edible Easter treat/gluten free option as a prize once all activities are complete!

Your activity passport ticket covers entry for one child (Under 16) and up to two supervising adults to enter the Lamb Barn and Craft Barn activities. This is to safely manage capacity in these specifc areas - all other activities plus access to the wider site remains free and open to all as normal.

Children must always be supervised during the event.

Before your visit, please take the time to read the below information with regards to health and safety in the Lamb Barn:

  • Proper footwear is required—closed-toe shoes are a must, with wellies being the best option. You will be asked to step into the sanitising foot-dips on entry and exit.
  • For safety reasons, pregnant women, newborns, and children under six months are not permitted inside the barn.
  • You won’t be able to bring pushchairs into the Lamb Barn. A dedicated pushchair parking area is available outside for convenience.
  • Dogs are not permitted inside the Lamb Barn – the only exceptions are assistance dogs.
  • Children must be supervised once inside the Lamb Barn. Unattended children will not be permitted entry.
  • As adorable as they are, please do not kiss or put your face near the lambs - this can pass germs and isn’t good for you or the lambs. Also, avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth before washing your hands, and ensure children do too - this helps to prevent germs from entering our body.
  • No food or drinks are allowed inside the Lamb Barn, at any time. There are fantastic food options on site at The Farmhouse & Haybarn Bar which you can visit before or after you visit the lambs.
  • The additional farm animals in the Lamb Barn this year are for viewing only and there will be no feeding or handling opportunities with these animals.
  • Wash your hands thoroughly at our hot water and soap stations when exiting — our staff will be there to assist, and remember to use the foot dip again as you leave to sanitise your footwear too.
  • Before eating after your visit, we advise you thoroughly wash your hands again with hot, soapy water for extra protection.
  • After your visit, we strongly recommend washing your clothes at 60 degrees to remove any lingering germs.
  • Please ensure you and your family watch our health and safety video before you visit. This short video summarises how to keep yourselves and our lambs safe. Watch the video here.

Our expert animal welfare team will be in the Lamb Barn and can provide extra support for any queries you may have.

You will also receive an email reminder of the above safety information along with our risk assessment closer to the event.

By following these simple steps, you’re helping to keep yourselves, other visitors and our lambs safe and ensuring a great experience for everyone. Thank you for your cooperation and enjoy your visit to this year’s Spring Farming Adventure!
